Turn customer workflows into production systems

In this role, you own customer deployments from discovery and technical scoping to production rollout. You work directly with customers (often on-site), understand their workflows, and turn real operational problems into deployed Nomerra agents.

Today, Nomerra agents gather information from inboxes, web portals and connected data sources, extract the relevant data points, reconcile bank accounts and generate journal entries for existing ERPs. What traditionally took fund accounting teams days of tedious copy-pasting and spreadsheet juggling, now takes only minutes, is fully traceable and allows teams to collaborate in real-time.

We’re already working with the first design partners and are quickly expanding the capabilities of the platform.

This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of customer delivery and product development. You measure success through adoption, measurable workflow impact, and feedback that changes what we build next.

• Own technical delivery from discovery and scoping to production rollout
• Work directly with customer teams to understand workflows, constraints, and adoption blockers
• Translate customer processes into agentic workflows, leveraging the Nomerra platform
• Build customer-specific prototypes quickly, make scope trade-offs, and ship production-ready solutions
• Feed deployment learnings back into the product roadmap
• Codify repeated patterns into tools, playbooks, and reusable building blocks

• Have scoped and delivered complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• Communicate clearly with engineers, operators, and business stakeholders
• Think in systems and workflows and dig deep to address root causes
• Are comfortable owning outcomes, not just tickets
• Enjoy frequent travelling to work on-site with clients
• Learn fast and can ship across our TypeScript monorepo: NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, Inngest, Mastra, React, TanStack, and Tailwind.
