Nomerra processes this information on behalf of the customer organization that authorizes use of the relevant Nomerra product or service. The specific privacy, confidentiality, data processing, retention, security, and deletion terms that apply to customer data are governed by the applicable written agreement between Nomerra GmbH and the customer, which may include a data processing agreement, master services agreement, order form, statement of work, or other service agreement.

Nomerra products and services are not intended for personal or consumer use. Users should only process data through Nomerra when they are authorized to do so by their organization and the content is appropriate for processing under the organization's agreement with Nomerra. Nomerra does not use customer business content processed through Nomerra products and services for unrelated advertising purposes.
