Shape Nomerra’s go-to-market motion

You’ll work directly with the founders to build Nomerra’s go-to-market engine from the ground up. From day one, you’ll be part of founder-led sales, product discovery, client expansion, and the strategic decisions behind our GTM motion.

At Nomerra, we’re building the agentic infrastructure for private markets. We sit alongside the systems asset servicers and managers already use, and automate the manual work that happens between inboxes, portals, banks, files, spreadsheets, and ERPs.

We’re now building the GTM motion around a product that is unusually tangible: instead of only pitching software, we can show private market firms how Nomerra works inside their own processes.

This role can quickly grow into a leadership position as we build the GTM and deployment functions. If you want to start something yourself one day, this is a rare chance to learn company-building from the inside.

• Work as a trusted extension of the founders across GTM, product, and company-building.
• Build AI-native systems for account research, market intelligence, relationship mapping, and wherever else they give us an edge.
• Dive deep into discovery with domain experts around the globe and turn what you learn into tailored demos and forward-deployed POCs together with our product and engineering team.
• Translate prospect and client conversations into product insights and sharper positioning.
• Move pilots and client deployments forward by identifying additional workflows, quantifying value, and turning early use cases into broader Nomerra adoption.

• Naturally bring structure to messy input around account maps, discovery notes, POC ideas, or client value cases.
