Work directly on the core of Nomerra

In this role, you not only build the core components of the Nomerra product, but also help us build a transformational company. You talk directly to and work closely with our customers, actively design our product roadmap, and attract exceptional talent. You’re a core pillar of the company.

Today, Nomerra agents gather information from inboxes, web portals and connected data sources, extract the relevant data points, reconcile bank accounts and generate journal entries for existing ERPs. What traditionally took fund accounting teams days of tedious copy-pasting and spreadsheet juggling, now takes only minutes, is fully traceable and allows teams to collaborate in real-time.

We’re already working with the first design partners and are quickly expanding the capabilities of the platform.

This is a maximum-ownership role, working side by side with the founding team and customers to build something truly new. Top-performers will be able to quickly grow into a leadership role.

• Talk directly to users and immerse yourself in the domain
• Translate user problems into full-stack features, combining intuitive interfaces with intelligent backend logic
• Build our agent harness, from context engineering to agentic workflows and observability, pushing the limits of what LLMs and agents can do in real-world use cases
• Own key parts of the product, contribute to and drive our roadmap
• Contribute to the AI-native product delivery process to ensure we ship high quality software at market-leading pace

• Are always curious to learn and your default mode is to take full ownership of everything you do.
• Thrive at the intersection of engineering and product and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Think in systems and flows, not just screens – you understand how frontend and backend connect
• Avoid introducing complexity where it’s not needed – you like to ship, test, and refine fast
• Are passionate about private markets, financial services or have experience in other highly manual industries.
• Learn fast and can ship across our TypeScript monorepo: NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, Inngest, Mastra, React, TanStack, and Tailwind.
