Design and build the product experience for Nomerra

In this role, you design and build the interface where private-market teams work with Nomerra agents: reviewing outputs, resolving exceptions, collaborating in real time, and turning complex operational workflows into software that feels simple.

Today, Nomerra agents gather information from inboxes, web portals and connected data sources, extract the relevant data points, reconcile bank accounts and generate journal entries for existing ERPs. What traditionally took fund accounting teams days of tedious copy-pasting and spreadsheet juggling, now takes only minutes, is fully traceable and allows teams to collaborate in real-time.

We’re already working with the first design partners and are quickly expanding the capabilities of the platform.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who cares deeply about product craft, interaction quality, and building interfaces that make complex financial workflows usable.

• Own Nomerra's design system and UX patterns to ensure the product feels joyful
• Design and implement product experiences that intuitively connect users to agents and data
• Build human-in-the-loop (HITL) flows for reviewing, correcting, and approving agent outputs
• Work directly with users to understand pain points and refine product details

• Love building beautiful, high-performance interfaces that make complexity usable
• Are fluent in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind and care deeply about design details
• Think in systems and flows, not just screens – you understand how frontend and backend connect
